This is an interactive live online art fundamentals class for creative thinking and digital drawing, painting and compositing techniques, using the tools and media of Corel Painter on a Mac or PC, with a Wacom pen tablet. The course emphasized the importance of overall design and composition considerations as you paint and create, no matter what subject matter, style, media and techniques you use.

The goal of this course is to provide a combination of fundamental art, design and technical training to expand your creative muscles and vision when making art with Corel Painter. The live sessions combine presentations, discussions, live demonstrations, Q & A, and review. The art assignments are varied and included making abstracts as well as representational work.

The five live sessions will be conducted using state of the art Zoom virtual classroom technology. This technology allows students to interact in the live sessions via screen share, chat, audio and web cams.
